About the Artist

Hello! My name is Honora, and I am the creator of Mothymuses. Ever since I was kid I have had a great affinity toward insects, arachnids, and other generally misunderstood creatures. My current favorite is the rosy maple moth, which has greatly inspired my brand and art aesthetic. I can't really define when I started my artistic journey because I have loved drawing ever since I could remember. I find inspiration in unexpected places, especially in navigating the world as a black queer teen.
